About the Role: We are looking to add a IT Business Analyst who is meticulous, hard working and has excellent written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities: The candidate will need to work very closely with client counterparts to understand the subject matter and translate it to Epics / user stories.
Must Have:
Required Skills:
- Experienced in coordinating with multiple business teams for user interviews and deriving the use case scenarios
- Experienced in understanding Business Requirements and translating them into User Stories for IT teams
- Experienced in identifying and listing down the Acceptance Criteria for user stories
- Hands on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Good Understanding of database queries for performing data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
