Roles and Responsibilities:

Senior Data Analyst: Working with various business teams and the management to identify business opportunities, opportunities for system/process improvement, propose solutions/system modifications for optimization/efficiency enhancement  

Activities and Tasks

• Using tools to extract/collect data from primary and secondary sources and maintaining databases
• Using data modelling techniques/tools to monitor performance, perform statistical analysis and generate actionable insights/trends and predictive analysis
• Preparing business performance reports for stakeholders highlighting various trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data enabling them to take important business decisions

Skills 

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, process and analyze  significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Sound knowledge of databases and programming languages like SQL, Python
• Proficient at writing queries/reports and presenting findings
