Job description of Data Analysis

Roles and Responsibilities

• Preparing MIS/Dashboard using Advance Excel and MS Access.
• Run a strong governance and control framework by evaluating reports and performing various due diligences on day-to-day operational tasks that are critical and non-negotiable to ensure effective qualitative delivery.
• Design and deliver the candidate engagement strategy in conjunction with the BPO team, monitoring and evaluating as appropriate.
• Ensure that the development and delivery of the effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness. Establish benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made.
• Manage all recruitment related MIS and data and ensure accurate and timely reports, dashboards, talent insights at pre-designated periodicity (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual).
• Must have Knowledge workforce Management, Dailer Reporting

Desired Candidate Profile

6 – 8 years of strong experience in BPO/ Business operations with strong orientation to Program management, data analytics, process controls and governance

Technical Skills;

• Very strong skills on project/program management, advanced MS excel, VBA, MS access, data visualization and statistical tools and PPT skills (mandatory)
• Any Quality certification (DMAIC, GB or Lean) is preferred
• Adept in working with cross-functional teams
