Description

The position primarily to work with business to functionally maintain DEPM reporting tool. He will be key point of contact to make sure data is flowing from respective ERP to the reporting tool and keeping a sync from functional prospect

What You Will Do In Your Role

• COA maintenance
• Workflow administration and configuration
• Maintenance of missing cost center, profit center and trading partners
• Dimensional table updates of reporting tool
• DEPM and Financial data warehouse data reconciliation
• Manual data upload of budgeting and forecasting
• Response to adhoc functional users’ requests
• Building and maintaining reports
• Process flow documentation
• Be able to present and partner with technical and non-technical user base
• Adopting best practices in the implementation and execution of support processes

• Stake holder management

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:

Functional:

• 6+ years of experience in Financial Reporting analysis
• Expertise in Financial Analysis – Variance analysis / performance summaries / profit analysis / Working Capital performances and Ratios.
• Hands on experience in data upload in reporting tools like OneStream/Hyperion
• Proficient in F&A domain
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and data load
• Experience in functional administration of reporting tool – Good to have
• Problem solving skills and proactive behavior
• Experience in an Agile environment

Technical:

• Working experience in SAP FI, SAP BW,

• Working Experience in consolidation tools (BPC, Hyperion, OneStream)

• Working experience in visualization tools, PowerBi –Maintenance/development of dashboards, use visual tools for the analysis Basic SQL, database management skills
