Job Location: Trivandrum/Thiruvananthapuram
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand the health care industry and its clinical functions.
- Support and maintenance to existing management information systems (MIS)
- Generating MIS reports as per deadlines
- Providing regular recommendations to update and improve the current MIS reporting
efficiency and consistency
- Developing MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system
maintenance
- Performing data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
- Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions
- Perform business analysis to identify process improvements for increasing business
efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
- Any other assignments as and when required by Management.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Commerce Graduate MBA-Finance from reputed institution (5 Years) with experience in
health Care, Diagnostic or Pharma company
• Must have good analytical ,interpretation and presentations skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Must have advanced MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
