Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Specific Responsibilities will Include:
- Ownership of the Cybersecurity metrics product roadmap, in accordance with strategic vision and prioritization
- Lead sprint meetings and lead product development team to build product backlog, working in partnership with the technical lead
- Collaborate with Cybersecurity leaders to gather and document the requirements and outcomes for metrics, including requirements for continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key cybersecurity processes, technologies, controls, and data attributes to support development of metric use cases
- Provide regular reporting to Cybersecurity leadership and key stakeholders leveraging scorecards and dashboards
- Act as the primary contact for the Data & Analytics product development team for Cyber Security metrics
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required, preferably in data science or information systems
- A minimum of 5 years of Cybersecurity Operations and/or Data Science experience
- Experience working in Agile methodology and a deep understanding of product ownership
- Knowledge and experience of Information Security Risk and Security governance
- Working knowledge of PowerBI (report development experience preferred)
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS) and Snowflake
- Familiarity with Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technology SMEs, data SMEs and leadership
- Strong relationship building and facilitation skills
- Experience working in a matrix model
- Service Level Management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- CISSP, CISM or related certification is a strong plus
- ITILv3 / ITSM certifications
