Job Description:

The primary role of this position will be to ensure the correctness of data returned from webservice.

For this we are looking for engineers with excellent data testing skills with experience in writing complex sql queries, shell scripting, linux commands and test using REST APIs

Your primary focus will be on defining QA strategy, QA plan and execution of tests with good defect detection ratio and test efficiency

Primary Technical Skills Expectation:

• Experience in data testing
• Experience in writing complex sql queries
• Experience in linux commands and shell scripting
• Experience in REST API testing
• Experience in requirement analysis, test design and test case development.
• Experience in using various Test & Defect Management tools like Bugzilla, JIRA, and Rally, ALM, qTest, etc.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Quick learner, result oriented with Good analytical skills.

– Very good in analytical & logical thinking on different perspectives. Ability to handle challenges & resolve any blockers
– Self-driven, Accountability and ownership of problems to achieve team goals & ability to contribute independently
– Good team player & proactive in giving new ideas/suggestions/solutions & constructive analysis of team member’s ideas

Secondary Skills (Good to have):

Basic knowledge of docker, Kafka

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Individual contributor who is capable of carrying out end to end test from Requirement analysis, Test Spec creation, Test case development, execution and defect management.
• Contribute to Test coverage improvement and improve efficiency of testing.
• Take ownership of a module/Feature set and ensure quality delivery for end to end testing.
• Guide the other engineers within the same projects.
• Analyzing/Reviewing the test spec, test cases developed by other team members
• Should be able to support to work with US Team by attending meeting in US Timezone

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹11,120.00 – ₹63,416.00 per month
