Role: Business Analyst Qlik Sense
Location: Bangalore
Roles and Responsibilities:
For each headline indicated above the job tasks should be described in more detail
- Manage reporting of Supply Chain Performance in International Operations
- Develop, maintain and prepare the monthly IO Supply Chain Performance report.
- Update, develop and maintain all IO SC KPIs in QlikSense, Alteryx and Tableau.
- Ensure GBS deliver on time and in the right quality.
- Establish and update KPI Cards and develop operating manuals for the deliverables
- IO Stock Monitoring Tool (INVENT)
- Coordinate data inflow and ensure data validity in stock monitoring tool INVENT.
- Ensure data collection form non-stock holding countries regarding inventory levels
- IO Forecast Monitoring Tool (FMT)
- Monitor and ensure below is properly executed.
- Daily data loads
- Data loads/scripts are completed successfully every day (Open GSF).
- Data checks, sanity checks.
- Act as the help centre and provide user support when needed.
- Ensure alignment with BI GBS team in case of any version updates.
- Check and validate data integrity.
- Manage use access rights
- Maintenance of the tool such as front-end changes and fixes, error search, sanity
- check, visual design
- Maintain and update user guide monthly basis
- Maintain data feeds such as parameter file
- Develop new BI solutions o Develop new insight and KPIs aligned with the SCM strategy.
- Objectives & projects based on directions from IO SC-LM team.
- Drive and take full responsibility on the technical and process aspects of BI projects.
- Use, develop and promote the Supply Chain BI domain
- Adhere to the ADA guidelines and design principles governed by PS Analytics.
- Collaborate with PS SC Analytics and other global data domains e.g. Lake Victoria, OASIS.
- Act as Data Steward for all IO Supply Chain owned data (including ownership and responsibility over data quality and availability for all defined stakeholders).
- Perform Supply Chain diagnostics and analytics o Conduct Supply Chain diagnostics and analytics.
- Drive valuable business impact and improvements through BI solutions.
- Ensure and support operational priorities o Update and prepare prioritization/allocation files in cases of supply constraint.
- Process various data files into useful analyses for stakeholders in IO-SC and by share a summary/insight/commentary on the basis of the analyses •
- Support IO SC Meetings and Events
- Prepare relevant material for quarterly IO SC Meeting
- Prepare presentations and participate in meetings to deliver results and make recommendations.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
Minimum knowledge required to fulfil job responsibilities (not actual CV from candidate/employee)
Education:
Masters degree within a relevant IT, engineering or business education
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience within Business Analytics, preferable within Supply Chain and/or Pharma.
- Ability to analyse and process data.
- Good understanding of supply chain concepts (Inventory, Stock outs, Orders, Material Master Data, Supply Chain modelling, transportation, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge and experience within the Business Intelligence tools(at least one): Alteryx, Tableau.
- Advanced knowledge and experience with QlikSense.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
Personal skills:
- Excellent communication skill in English both written and oral.
- Demonstrate capability to take ownership and be accountable of deliverables assigned.
- Have a consultancy mind-set i.e.
1) be able to listen and understand,2) suggest possible solutions relative to customer needs.
- Ability to undertake drill down analysis of key business problems and interpret results, generate insights and recommend strategies.
- High quality mind-set, logical thinking and ability to finalise actions/tasks within deadline.
- Data modelling, data science skills. Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, PowerPoint, , other BI tools.
