Roles & responsibilities:
- Will need to engage with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and will discuss the same with all cross functional in-house teams in the context of user interaction tracking on app as well as website to achieve business goals
- Will be presenting the analysis and findings to key business stakeholders on regular basis
- Will prepare dashboard and recurring reports, convert ad-hoc to reports as in when required
- Will focus on report and dashboard automation delivery to business stakeholders
- Will focus on enhancing digital user experience and will participate in deep dive analysis with all internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Hands on knowledge on programming language such as R, Python or SQL
- Must have atleast 3-4 years experience in R or Python
- Should be able to handle large datasets with an aim to generate insights or predictive using ML model
- Ability to do customer segmentation using industry standard models such as Tree based, hierarchical models. Supervised and unsupervised learning algo
- Experience in data preparation, model training and validation.
- Track key business KPIs through regular reports and recurring dashboards using tableau or PowerBI
- Should be able to work with cross functional teams to improve digital experience
