Job Detail:
- Adherence to plant safety procedures and ensure Zero safety incidents
- Achieve the shift targets in terms of Productivity, Delivery, Quality, Safety, Cost and Environment
- Identification of process bottlenecks and suggesting improvement solutions
- Capability building in the technicians
- Documentation updating and maintaining (IMS, Dept recordst etc)
- Resource Planning technician & contractor for routine & non routine activities
- Identifying the design Gap in TSD cycle time and Blender Cycle Time and proposing the solution for the same
