Sir please help me..

I have done B. Tech in IT and I am 2016 passout. From 2016 to 2018 jan I have done Government job prepration and after that I got a job in J&k government by third party payrool but work was, complete not it.. My work was to give presentation to IAS officer related to eoffice software buld by NIC.. Then I give traning to Employees for software.. Means I have learnt nothing… in 2020 june I quit job..because I was diasgones with blader cancer… With God Grace… I am fine now.. It’s been 1.5 year.. I have not done anything… I am 27 year old and I have no experience want to get into IT sector… Don’t know what I will do… Please guide me sir..
