Sir, I’m a 2015 Computer Science Engineering graduate and found my first job in the BPO sector in 2017 as I have spent 1.5 in Public Service commission exams. I now have almost 3 years 4 months of total experience in BPO as a Technical Support Engineer and customer service. Now, I have a career gap of 2 years and my last working day was on April 2020. Im really worried about what to transition into. I have done a mistake by pursuing a distance MBA in Logistics and Supply chain management in these 2 years but finding it tough to secure a job in SAP. Is Data Science a good option for me..Im really worried Sir..Please guide me.
