Responsibilities
- Analysis of requirements that are being handed over to find the most optimal solution within given constraints.
- Work closely with product managers and senior engineers to understand the business and build great technology solutions.
- Implement best practices and constantly learn new ways of keeping codebases up to date.
- Learn more ways of writing efficient code and try out your learnings.
- Lead the end-to-end architecture and development of machine learning solutions enabling data scientists and business analysts to self-deploy AI models.
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience working in an agile environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to scope and review feature stories. Translate work items into actionable items with quick delivery of technology solution.
- Knowledge of professional software engineering and best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Flex between abstract architecture and hands on development, onboard team members through knowledge sharing
- Familiarity with interface design, architecture and scaling complex software solutions will be a plus
- Collaborate with data scientists to create scalable data driven solutions for business problems
- Implement machine learning algorithms into services and pipelines to be consumed at scale
- Demonstrate progressive growth in career from building models, hands on work with data to building enabling systems and work flows.
