Job description –
6-8 Years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle CX Cloud modules
Techno-functional experience required in CRM/CX modules (Oracle Sales Cloud, Oracle CPQ, Sales Force Automation, Partner Relationship Management, Sales Performance Management and Territory Management and Analytics)
Drive the requirements workshops
Drive effort estimates with the help of offshore PM of enhancements and projects
Solution Design (including Lattice where applicable) and Configure the Oracle Application Modules where they have direct ownership, for each test cycle
Perform fit/gap analysis
Partner with Lattice Business System Analyst(s), business users and Project Manager to complete the design, configuration and functional test of the Oracle modules in scope
Perform functionality testing before the deliverable is submitted to the Lattice
Contribute to the project plan, risk plan, test plan and cutover plan
Good communication and client handling skill require
