Looking for Senior Python Dev/ Engineer for our clientele based in Houston, Texas, USA
Overview:
We rely on powerfully insightful data to power our systems and solutions. Were seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer in Python to maintain existing applications and develop revolutionary new projects for predictive analytics using Artificial Intelligence. Our ideal team member will have mathematical and statistical expertise as we have abundance of dealers financial data for our OEM networks customers. This person will work with data analyst and product owner and convert the data models into machine learning algorithms and expose the output to APIs for external application integration.Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with company management, sales, product design and engineering to develop an understanding of needs
2. Maintain existing machine learning applications in Python
3. Enhance the application by fine-tuning the ML algorithm to improve accuracy
4. Develop new AI project and ML algorithms as per the requirement
5. Maintain clean and readable source of applications
6. Be the leader in implementing best practices in development and deployment
7. Work with AWS DevOps for Python based applications auto-deployment
8. Execute analytical experiments methodically to help solve various challenges
9. Devise and utilize algorithms and models to mine big data stores, perform data and error analysis to improve models, and clean and validate data for uniformity and accuracy
10. Communicate analytic solutions to stakeholders and implement improvements as needed to operational systems
11. And related tasks as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science
2. 3+ years experience as Python engineer
3. 2+ years experience as Machine Learning engineer
4. 2+ years experience in deploying Python application in linux/docker etc. Should have experience using AWS services
5. Proficiency with REST API development
6. Experience in text analytics (NLP), image processing, regression, deep learning
7. Experience in TensorFlow, sklearn, Scipy, Numpy, PyBrain, Pandas
8. Experience in OCR
9. Experience in implementing the ML/AI/OCR service from cloud platforms (i.e. AWS, Google)
10. Proficiency with mathematics, and statistical analysis
