• 5+ years in business intelligence or financial services field.
• Willingness to travel to support deployment and operation resource activities
• General understanding of SQL, relational databases, and framework modeling
• Experience of using/navigating in a variety of reporting tools (IBM Cognos, Power BI, Access Databases, Excel)
• Experience with Agile methodology (Jira)
• Understanding of use cases, test cases, project releases, scrum ceremonies and data dependencies
• Business analysis background, strong problem-solving ability, can apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes to problem analysis
• Comfortable conducting end user training, giving clear direction, demonstrating teamwork and time management skills as well as Agile and modified Waterfall methodologies
