- Experience must be 1- 2 Years
- Candidate should have the knowledge of Recruitment process.
- Be responsible for data entry, compliance, and processing.
- Candidate should have good working knowledge of VLOOKUP, Count IF, Pivot table with typing speed.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Review data for deficiencies.
- Responsible to update the Job status and Submission.
- Identify ways to improve data operations processes .
- Perform quality control on data by analyzing patterns and data discrepancies and resolve related issues.
- Perform data calculation using a variety of methods including statistics .
- Be energized by working in a global team, working with colleagues in India as well as US..
- Willing to work in Night shift (09:00 Am to 6:00 PM EST).
