SKILLS REQUIRED:

Looking for a dedicated and highly “client focused” individual who has strong critical thinking skills and technical abilities. This person must possess the ability to communicate with clients and quickly resolve any issues with data deliverables. This individual should also possess the technical skills required to fulfill client data extractions, data analytics and counts for sales and customer service teams. In addition, this individual would have the ability to function both independently and in a group. The ideal candidate will be very attentive to detail and can perform with a high degree of accuracy. Lastly, this position requires flexibility to handle a variety of different tasks, strong initiative and a team player attitude is a must! This position has the potential to grow into a Sr. Data Delivery/Production and client technical support role once all technical skills have been mastered.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Plan, build and complete: data orders, data extracts, 3rd Party order process, analytical reports based on client specifications

• Ensure completion of all orders within time requirements and meets SLAs at 99.5% one-time data delivery

• Fulfill customized data analytics for Sales and Customer Service teams

• Creates data delivery files using SQL and runs QC (quality checks) and maintains 99.7% accuracy

• Properly store build scripts, data files and PODs (proof of delivery) for all client projects delivered, complying with ISO requirements

• Engage with clients over technical questions about multiple data sets, data layouts & project criteria requirements

• Ensures data delivery orders are seeded in accordance to IQVIA’s policy

• Serve as technical support for internal customers (Sales and Customer Service teams)

• Serve as data source library for the Sales and Customer Service teams

• Maintain and stay up-to-date on all database changes and is fully certified on CoE’s product offerings

• Other duties as assigned by department manager or business need

Skills Preferred:

• Prefer 2-3 years of experience creating data files, analytical reports and/or data management

• Good understanding of SQL Language, oracle, and SQL Server Management Studio

• Good understanding of Databases, Tables and Pivot-Tables

• Skilled in problem resolution

• Strong communication skills, both verbal & written

• Strong critical thinking skills, able to “think outside the box”

• High attention to details and quality assurance

• Some software programming (a plus)

• Multi-task and project management

• Strong skill with Excel, Microsoft Word, and MS Outlook

Training Provided:

• The individual will be given a 30/60/90-day training plan

• And assigned SMEs (subject matter experts) to assist, as needed.

Position: Full-time

Hours: 8-5 pm (flexibility start time available).
