We are looking for the candidate for the Business Analyst Position for one for the reputed BFSI domain MNC for Mumbai Location.

• Experience 2 to 6 years
• Location Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility:

• Should be working as Business Analyst for managing products/applications catering to equity data collection.
• Should be working on Requirement gathering, Project roadmap & documenting.
• Should have knowledge of SW Development processes
• Demonstrate a high sense of ownership of the issues in the queue to be responsive and provide timely updates, follow-up, expedition, and resolution.
• Should able to understand roles, responsibilities, and expertise of internal stakeholders (developers, quality assurance analysts, data analysts, product development managers, project managers/agile /scrum masters) in order to expedite issue resolution.

Requirements

• Should have excellent writing, communication, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Should have Experience with JIRA, Confluence and Salesforce Service Cloud is a plus.
