- A bachelor’s degree in technology or related field or an MBA. Candidate should have high scores starting from CBSE(or equivalent) and a record of leadership in extracurricular activities.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills from designing to solutions on automation.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Self motivated and effective in a work from home situation.
- Should have exposure to BCP/DR and Business Continuity applications.
- Related certifications would be desirable.
