Urgent Hiring Business Analyst for Hyderabad (Uppal) & Navi Mumbai (Airoli) locations
Mandatory Skill Set: EXCEL, Macros, PYTHON, R, VBA / SQL
Salary : Max – 5.5 lpa
Desired notice: 1 month max (Immediate Joiners preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate Standard or Custom Reports Summarizing Business and Financial Data for review by Executives, Managers, Clients, and Other Stakeholders
- Publish presentations, which involved intensively Collecting, Organizing, Interpreting the data & presenting data in a comprehensive manner
- Interact with multiple internal/external stakeholders on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for requirements and support required.
- Evaluate current processes and procedures for Payor and identifying issues that cause rejections, denials, 90+ AR build up then recommend changes in the Payor specific revenue cycles to optimize the rejections and denial rates leading to higher first pass collections for the payors.
- Prevention of Rejections and Denials by working with Client and Operations
- Provide ADHOC reporting as and when needed
- Interpret data and metrics using charts, tables and other graphics in Microsoft Excel (primarily) and PowerPoint
Desired Candidate Profile
- Must have an overall working experience of 2 years and above.
- Employees with RCM and AR/ Denials Management Knowledge would be preferred.
- A strong inclination towards numbers, excel spreadsheets, formulae, queries & S/W applications would be an added advantage.
- Excellent in MS-Excel and SQL/ VBA Knowledge would be preferred
