Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Responsibilities:
Engineering Budget:
- Review and evaluation of various Engineering cost heads.
- Coordination with all stake holders to obtain cost inputs for their respective verticals.
- Preparation of the Annual Engineering Budget.
- Forecast monthly/quarterly Engineering cost.
- Monitoring & evaluating the actual Engineering cost against the forecasted cost
Monitoring the Engineering Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Coordination for compiling the annual KPIs for Engineering.
- Monitoring the KPIs on monthly basis and reviewing the gaps in meeting the KPIs.
- Coordination with various stake holders to implement measures to meet the KPIs.
- Coordination with CP&A/Finance for various Engineering cost related evaluations.
Engineering Infrastructure Requirements:
- Forecasting the Engineering infrastructure requirements to meet the Fleet Growth.
- Coordinating with ADMIN for the meeting the Engineering infrastructure requirements.
Qualification:
- Engineering Graduate from a reputed College.
- MBA from a Premier Institute.
- Data Analytics will be an advantage
