Job Location: Chennai
IMMEDIATE JOINEE FOR CHENNAI LOCATION
– 10-16+ years of technical product management experience, with experience in the financial services industry (FinTech, credit union, etc.) highly preferred.
– Experience with dynamic content delivery, archival & real time retrieval systems, supporting both end users and internal agent facing systems, and delivering both online and within the enterprise
– Experience supporting a multi-national workforce and multi-cultured end user base
– Understanding of modern architecture design principles and technologies, covering all layers of the development and infrastructure stack in order to work with developers on the design and build of features
– Working knowledge of debug tools and query languages to support technical products in production (SQL, MongoDB, Inspector) and ability to understand APIs and troubleshoot technical issues
– Partner with developers to resolve technical issues and act as a resource to developers for high alert incident resolution
– Bachelor’s Degree or in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience
