Roles and Responsibilities
– Create and execute learning strategies and programs
– Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
– Implement various learning methods companywide (e.g. coaching, job-shadowing, online training)
– Hire and oversee training for new joiners and existing employees
– Manage ISO Audits
– Take care of the internal & external audits
– Work closely with the management team for analyzing the business and play a very crucial role as a Business Analyst
– Streamline and implement all HR processes
Desired Candidate Profile
– Bsc / MBA in HR.
– Should have minimum 5 -10 years of relevant experience.
– Good communication skill verbal & written.
– Should have good understanding of all HR processes and can streamline and implement SOPs.
– Looking for immediate joiner or notice of 10-15 days
