JOB DESCRIPTION

A client of ours in the environmental services industry is looking to add a Technical Business Analyst to their team to assist in a project to clean up the company’s Active Directory following a recent acquisition. This Business Analyst will work closely with infrastructure teams, solution architects, staff engineers, etc to gather business requirements. An example of a business process would be when someone is onboarded to the company in Workday- how would you gather requirements to differentiate between a contract and full time employee? The Business Analyst with be partnering with cross functional teams to gather requirements, create flows charts, document business processes, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role working in technical environments.
• Experience working in the SDLC and partnering with technical members to gather requirements such as partnering with infrastructure teams, solution architects, staff engineers, etc.
• Specific experience working on infrastructure projects and experience using Active Directory.
• Ability to gather and understand business requirements and create process flows.
