JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop web sites, services and components using languages including C# .NET (4.5+, Core), T-SQL, JavaScript (JQuery, Angular and similar frameworks) and HTML/CSS

• Write stored procedures, functions, scripts, and views with extensive use of T-SQL programming in support of major application enhancements

• Support the development of financial models and perform financial analyses, and recommend appropriate strategies and requirements

• Perform SQL Server administration activities (backup, restore, DBCC commands, indexing)

• Interface with multiple levels of users, technical staff and management to receive and communicate business requirements

• Generate pivot tables, build spreadsheet models, and dashboard visualization using MS Excel

• Perform data mapping and update functions in MS Excel

• Manage data inputs from various sources and methods using defined connectors and application programming interfaces (APIs)

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and recommend reporting capabilities that address client needs

• Collaborate with internal and external parties to transform high-level technical objectives into comprehensive technical requirements

• Import, transform, and rationalize financial and non-financial data from various source systems

• Perform extensive data analysis based on the client’s data

• Make recommendations for improvements to security, scalability, manageability, and performance across a wide variety of network, storage, and compute technologies

• Take on technical leadership responsibilities of database projects across the organization

• Design new database and implement changes to existing databases

• Investigate and trouble-shoot complex data and database related issues

• Design and construct large relational databases

• Integrate new systems with existing in-house structure

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) from a four-year college/university

• Extensive knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience working with large quantities of data and implementing data visualization techniques

• Experience with Tableau, MSSQL and MS Power BI
