JOB DESCRIPTION

An insurance client is seeking an IT Business Analyst to join their team remotely. This is open due to an additional need for an existing project. This project is a major company initiative for their Majesco upgrade project. This project entails upgrading the company’s current policy and billing systems to Majesco. This IT Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements and utilizing data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver recommendations to the team, stakeholders, and business partners. They will work directly with downstream applications such as the data warehouse and should be able to utilize SQL for reporting. This person should come from a background working on transformational programs and will be responsible for establishing organizational performance and helping develop new capabilities to progress this Majesco project. The ideal resource should have strong communication skills and be a self-starter, ready to hit the ground running on a project that is already in flight.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

7+ years as an IT Business Analyst
Expertise gathering requirements and creating reports to show findings
SQL background
Experience with policy or billing systems, Majesco a plus
Previously worked on a transformational program
