Job Location: Remote

Day to Day:

The Business Analyst / Technical Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle for file exports (discovery, configuration, mapping, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and will lead several activities to include:

• Gathering customer requirements and translating them into business requirements**
• Partnering with a file mapper to transform file requirements into a file layout**
• Configuring the Ceridian solution to meet documented customer requirements for file exports
• Managing weekly project status updates
• Identifying risk and providing creative solutions to complex problems
• Consulting with internal and external constituents to ensure the success of file deliver
• Communicating with the Project Manager, Project Sponsor, other internal teams and the client regarding project status and any outstanding issues

Must haves:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience with vendor and client facing HCM application consulting

• U.S. Benefits and Payroll modules preferred*
• Solid technical understanding of exports, EDI, and/or file types (including HR demographics, benefits, 834, payroll, and COBRA)
• Ability to demonstrate project management skills such as understanding scope, scheduling, different project phases, assessing risk, escalations, etc.
• Experience in business process mapping
• Willingness to travel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
