JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Analyst to work at one of our top clients in Cleveland, Ohio. This person will be working 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote. This person will be working on a team of 10, analyzing data that is given from third parties to come up with best options for the organization. They will be using PowerBI, Peoplesoft, Python and other proprietary tools. This person will be working 50% on their own, while the other 50% will be collaborative.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of experience as an Analyst
• Experience with PowerBI
• Ability to communicate well and explain things in layman’s terms

DESIRED SKILLS

• IBM Watson experience
• Python and/or Tableau
• Previous experience with financials and/or benefits
