Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst or process engineer
o Including specific experience supporting RPA or BPM automation initiatives
- Hands-on RPA background with Blue Prism
- Extensive experience working directly with hands-on development team in translating requirements & documenting processes
- Experience in an Agile, Enterprise level environment
- Strong customer facing communication skills to effectively work across multiple teams – stakeholders/business leaders & hands-on technical teams
- B.S. degree
Nice to have:
• Industrial or Manufacturing industry experience – residential or commercial products
Responsibilities:
- Work with hands-on development team in robotic process automation efforts across Global enterprise
- Serve as a technical liaison between the business, project teams, and development team by effectively communicating the status of requirements within deployments
- Improve business processes by analyzing automation opportunities and documenting all processes throughout project stages
- Collect requirements for RPA initiatives and present/take part in high level leadership meetings for project deadlines and success
