    Educational Requirements Bachelor Of Technology

    1. Process assessment experience for end-to-end process automation including RPA proof of concepts 2. Expertise in one or more market leading RPA platforms such as Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, AssistEdge, UI Path and deep understanding of technology and architecture concepts 3. Experience in process documentation and analysis, PDD or SDDs, including specification of system requirements for business processes 4. Previous experience in business analysis and process re-engineering 5. Strong problem solving, analysis, and design skills 6. Presentation skills with ability to communicate at executive level 7. Translate the customer’s business requirements to define RPA (Robotic Process Automation) value proposition and solution scope 8. Recommend RPA approach and strategy based on analysis and client RPA maturity 9. Assist Project Manager to ensure smooth delivery of the RPA solution 10. Provide continuous advice and best practices to RPA developers and Project Manager related to delivery approach and strategy 11. ProposalsProvides domain technical consultation to Pre-Sales, participates in proposal activities and discussions with customer and client visits as SME; Participates in POC, Architects and validates complex technical solution when required; Performs estimations & collateral consolidation, brings in alliance product offering/IPs IN ORDER TO provide technical leadership and create technical differentiation 12. Alliance>Interacts with vendors/alliances and understands the complimentary offering/products/IP/Solutions IN ORDER TO leverage partner technologies 13. Project Scoping, EstimationOrganize, document and review work items scope from a technical view point and approach IN ORDER TO ensure completeness and consistency in scoping of project. Review and validates estimates for project and guides estimation for complex projects IN ORDER TO ensure correct sizing of the work. 14. Knowledge and experience in quality processes applicable to IT projects. 15. Good presentation and communication skills

  • Primary skills:Technical->RPA 1. Should be able to design technical specification document for RPA Projects 2. Should be able to create a complete technical architecture for RPA projects making sure the architecture is extensible and scalable 3. Hands on experience on RPA tools and Cognitive platforms such as – Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath etc. 4. Architect level certification is one or more RPA/cloud platform 5. Experience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net, C# 6. Experience with tools like OCR tools, Enterprise Systems SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, Custom Apps, ITSM Tools Service Now, BMC Remedy, Jira etc., automation platforms/ frameworks/ tools 7. Exposure to AI/ML and Customer service [Chatbot] implementation
