US Healthcare domain knowledge MANDATORY.
Knowledge in Payer business must and Claims is preferable
SQL knowledge preferable
Knowledge to write Use Case, Test Case and test execution
Scrum way of working
Tools: Preferred knowledge in RTC, CQ, Service Manager
Good knowledge in doing the data analysis and Business root cause analysis.
Should ready to support in maintenance & enhancements, and running & protecting the business by providing support for critical Risk applications.
