diligence reviews and enhanced testing and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems. Founded in 2003,

we now currently have offices in Hong Kong, Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, Shanghai and Singapore. As part of our

GRADUATE BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER – PUNE

IDA’s offices in India have been steadily growing after securing a number of high profile projects in the region. We are

now seeking to Building Services Engineer for our Pune location with the following skills:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE


Minimum 3-4 years B.E / B.Tech Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering


Motivated and keen to learn


Computer literate and have experience of industry design software such as CAD, BIM, CFD, AMTECH etc.


Good people skills and time management skills


Good written and spoken English skills

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


Initially working under supervision of a senior engineer on projects involving mission critical facilities such as

data centres


Gradually develop to work autonomously a lot of the time, with less supervision, and therefore needs to be highly

motivated to achieve the level of quality and work expected of him/her.


The role involves a significant amount of site-based working, as well as occasional travel within India and outside

of India


Projects may involve design, T&C or a combination of both


Maintain good relationships and communication with colleagues, Clients and other stakeholders


Maintain good technical knowledge of the industry and relevant M&E design and industry standards
