Job Location: Delhi / NCR

Roles and Responsibilities :

• The overall role is to drive reporting in weekly reviews
• The candidate needs to be good & proficient in Excel/MS -Office
• The candidate will need to understand details of the tables and run the required queries to generate data
• The candidate will need to do analysis of the data to extract through the queries to call out metric trends
• Generating daily/monthly reports and analyzing data around day to day HR processes.
• Preparation and management of HR MIS.
• Creating presentations for leadership team using analysis of HR data.
  Analyzing trends in attrition, PIP, etc.
• Partner with Business Operations team and senior leaders to deliver an effective reporting, analytics and information delivery framework.
• Control the quality of the data that is reported.

Desired Skills

• Good in Advanced Excel preferred
• Good communication and analysis skills
