Experience 

• 5+ years experience as business analyst with US healthcare experience

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience as a Business Analyst / Systems Analyst, preferably in the US Healthcare Domain.
• Experience working in healthcare cloud solutions like Microsoft Health Cloud, Salesforce Health Cloud, AWS for Healthcare, will be an added advantage
• Familiarity with fundamental US healthcare actors/concepts like payer, provider, E.H.R, health plan, claims etc., will be preferred.
• Strong documentation skills; knowledge of BA artifacts such as BRD, User Manuals, Field Mappings etc.
• Strong presentation skills – Experience in conducting client / stakeholder product walkthroughs / demonstrations
• Strong analytical, strategic and out-of-the-box thinking skills
• Performance of the candidate will be measured against –
• Analyzing business problems, determining IT solutions & owning customer expectations
• Identify & resolve project issues
• Gather data & analyze business/user needs
• Act as domain expert/healthcare IT consultant to customers.
• Collaborate with internal delivery, sales & marketing teams. Help with pre-sales activities.
• Help groom backlog of features, create user stories.
• Analyze the features and stories for the impacts gaps and dependencies
• Understanding of technical details(API backend front end) and system interactions.
• Owning integration mapping and property matrix maintenance
• Document all the details in Wiki to satisfy requirements for the team
• Collaborate with solution architect on the detailed solution design.
• Have a strong understanding of the teams work to help optimize delivery flow
• Work to eliminate obstacles that are beyond the teams authority or require outside support
• Communicate with the management and outside stakeholders
• Participates in technical design discussions specification reviews test strategy reviews Required credentials / experience.
