• Project planning and project management
• Data research in collaboration with data automation team
• Data processing and data management; create database input files for multiple interfaces
• Develop and execute plan for periodic quality reviews and database update
• Build, maintain and expand analytics dashboard in collaboration with data visualization team.
• Collaborate with product development team for database development and platform testing
• SPOC for addressing internal and external queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Develop collaterals for product launch and marketing
• Product demo and product technical support for sales, clients and new customers
• Investigate customer needs and make appropriate recommendations for product enhancements.

Skills Education:

• At least 5 years work experience as a Data/Research Analyst in a data company, market research or consulting firm in automotive domain.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Tableau
• Ability to collect, organize, analyse and upload large amount of data with attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills. Ability to deliver results in fast-paced work environment, prioritize assignments and manage client requests.
• Ability to deliver desired results with minimum supervision.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Candidates with degree/diploma in automotive engineering and data analytics will be preferred.
