Profile Summary:

IGT Solutions is looking for Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation. The position is responsible for driving Digital Transformation initiatives across the IGT Global Operation Units.

Primary Job Responsibility:

• “As-Is” business process study and mapping (PDD)
• “To-Be” business process design and mapping
• Identification of automation opportunities leveraging RPA, conversational AI and low code scripting-based technologies
• Driving digital transformation business cases, ROI calculations, deployment strategies and inter team coordination.
• End customer presentations, Demo and workshops

Education and Essential Experience:

• 7-10 Years of experience preferable in BPM Space from Travel/ Ecommerce / High Tech/ Retail domain
• Well versed with customer experience journey and BPM operations
• Experience in Business Process Study & Mapping
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Organized and Methodical.
• Target and deadline driven.
• Sound knowledge of MS Office (Specially Excel, Word and PPT)
