Job Location: Pune
In this role, you are responsible end to end procurement of Raw material and timely delivery to the manufacturing plant
Responsibilities
- Support materials team in escalating suppliers not confirming promise dates.
• Assess capacity by identifying capacity risks at suppliers and executing plans to sustain capacity.
• Effectively manage supplier relationships and create supplier accountability.
• Ensure suppliers process WIP on schedule; solve problems as necessary to ensure a successful delivery to support our customers.
• Work with cross-functional team consisting of manufacturing engineering, quality and procurement resources to solve critical delivery problems.
• Communicate timely, articulately and effectively across key stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Background in procurement or sourcing
Preferred qualifications
- Background or experience in data analytics
• Strong communication skills
