- Strategy: Formulating the technology strategy, technology stack, tools & process
- Execution: Defining the solution architecture & providing technology & solution leadership to the team
- Customer Engagement: Building customer trust and confidence by continually showcasing value through a consultative engagement model
- Continuous Innovation & Improvement: Identifying improvements, best practices, and bringing in continuous innovation & improvement
Desired Candidate Profile
- An ideal candidate should have more than 10 years experience in designing, delivering & implementing data platform solutions with the following skills sets
- In-depth understanding of the various AWS data platform technologies (AWS Lambda, AWS Glue, Redshift, Redshift Spectrum, S3), SQL and PL/SQL
- Expertise in data analysis, modelling, design & data visualization
- Strong knowledge of Python programming language
- Working-level knowledge of BI visualization tools such as Tableau, SAP Business Objects etc.,
- Architecture & Design: Experience in designing & delivering large scale data platforms in AWS technology stack (Data Lake formation, Data Warehouse Design, ETL, Data Analytics etc.,)
- Exposure to Big Data technologies like EMR, Apache Spark, Airflow etc.
- Experience in formulating data privacy & security strategies
- Delivery & Management: Experience in leading technology teams to deliver successful project outcomes
