Roles and Responsibilities
- Structure ambiguous problems, design reporting and data visualization frameworks
- Develop a deep understanding of the commercial goals and work on long-term, big picture initiatives
- Coordinate with business, technology and operations teams
- Create, standardize and maintain critical reporting, analysis and metrics
- Work with internal teams to identify data sources and required accesses
- Design Mock-ups/ wireframes, incorporate business feedback and secure sign-off
- Perform data extraction & data transformation processes to create required data set for dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy and optimise refresh frequencies for various reports & dashboards
- Scale, maintain and improve existing solutions
- Prepare technical & non-technical documentation to manage knowledge and improve adoption
- Coach and groom team on first principles of analytics techniques and problem-solving
- Developing and maintaining databases, data systems reorganizing data in a readable format
- Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
- Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst/Lead/Consultant/Specialist.
- Must be from a Top Tier College.
- 3+ years working experience with writing complex SQL queries to perform data analysis
- 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or related quantitative functions.
- Experience with Excel, Big Query, SQL, Python, and other scripting languages
- Direct experience using business intelligence reporting tools (such as Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)

- 3+ years of relevant Data analytics experience in ECommerce is a must.
