Desirable: 2+years of work experience analyzing credit policies in financial services industry
Role Requirement :
– 2 – 5 years of work experience analyzing credit policies in financial services industry
– Proven experience as a SDET, QA Tester or similar role
– Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
– Engineering from a top tier college in India (B.E/B.Tech. or MCA from top college in India)
– Hands on testing experience (i.e. Black Box, Functional, Regression)
– Good understanding of Rulesets, Ruleflows and the Structured Rule Language (SRL)
– Knowledge of HP quality center
– 1-2 years hands on SQL programming experience – (preferred but not mandatory)
– In depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
– Good communication skills and ability to articulate simple but concise approach
– Ability to think critically and analytically
– Ability to see individual tasks through to completion in a timely manner
– Ability to work effectively in a high pressure organization with multiple deadlines
Expected Industry experience :
– Highly proficient in testing
– Should be having Experience in credit card domain
– 2 years of work experience analyzing credit policies in financial services industry
Expected Education Background
– Tier 1/2 Institute
– Should be able to manage team (4-5 folks)
– Should be able to act as a reliable guide for the team
– Should be good for client interactions
– Should be having Experience in credit card
