Analyst – Qualtrics/PowerBI/SQL
Role & Responsibilities Overview:
– Complete understanding of the current state of affairs and problem statement with respect to project.
– Research, analyze, and present data as assigned.
– Experience in data extraction and data manipulation including Importing, merging and appending different datasets joins in SQL/Python (Preferred)
– Design, implement, administer various surveys with client and develop dashboards using data visualization tools like Qualitrix
– Prepare dashboards, report by aligning on business requirements on Power BI
– Prepare detailed documentation of processes and make oral presentations to
– Indulge in capability development trainings and acquire skills, as and when required
– Develop business understanding around Insurance Analytics and keep updated with the ongoing developments in the industry
– Identify and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
– Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
– Good written and verbal communication skills
Candidate Profile:
– Bachelors/Master’s degree in economics, mathematics, computer science/engineering, operations research or related analytics areas; candidates with BA/BS degrees in the same fields from the top tier academic institutions are also welcome to apply
– Upto 2-8 years analytics experience
– Previous exposure with survey analysis, employee sentiment analysis is a plus
– Strong understanding of metrics around customer satisfaction and operational metrics like NPS, CSAT etc
– Good analytical and problem solving skills
– Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish/Portugese is excellent to have but not mandatory
– Able to work in fast pace continuously evolving environment and ready to take up uphill challenges
– Is able to understand cross cultural differences and can work with clients across the globe
