– 4+ years of experience in software development and delivery.
– Good aptitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills, ability to take ownership as appropriate.
– Key required skill – Spark, Java, Hive, SQL, Oracle, Data Engineering.
– GCP (Optionalgood to have).
– Should be able to do coding, debugging, performance tuning, and deploying the apps to Prod.
– Experience in CICD, Github, Jenkins, deployment, change release and any other related items.
– Experience working in Agile Methodology.
– Ability to learn and help the team learn new technologies quickly.
– Excellent communication and coordination skills.
– Knowledgeable (and preferred hands-on) – UNIX environments, different continuous integration tools.
– Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.
Role & Responsibilities :
– Take complete responsibility for the sprint stories’ execution.
– Be accountable for the delivery of the tasks in the defined timelines with good quality.
– Follow the processes for project execution and delivery.
– Follow the agile methodology.
– Set clear team goals and KPIs.
– Delegate tasks and set project deadlines.
– Oversee day-to-day teams’ operation and performance.
– Do regular performance evaluations.
– Create a healthy and motivating work environment and atmosphere.
– Work with the team members closely and contribute to the smooth delivery of the project.
– Understanddefine the architecture and discuss the pros-cons of the same with the team.
– Involve in the brainstorming sessions and suggest improvements in the architecturedesign.
– Work with the clients and counterparts (in the US) of the project.
– Keep all the stakeholders updated about the projecttask statusrisksissues if there are any.
