AVP/Senior AVP – Marketing Analytics + Digital Analytics – Credit Card/Banking Domain – IIT/IIM/ISI/JNU/DSE
Position- Marketing Analytics + Digital Marketing
Job requirement:
– Experience- 10-15 yrs
– Role- AVP/ Sr. AVP
– Skill Set Required- SAS (Mandatory), Exposure into R, Python will be an add-on.
– Education Background- Tier Institutes (IIT/IIM/JNU/ISI/DSE)
Role Requirement
– Experience in any of the analytical tools like SAS, R, Python, Machine Learning for 10-15 years.
– Hands on experience in statistical techniques like logistic regression, clustering, segmentation etc. Shall have exposure with Digital Analytics/ Adobe Analytics/ Web analytics etc.
– The candidate is expected to lead a team of ~10-15 analysts.
– Candidate is expected to bring in a consultative mind-set and problem solving approach and drive analytical throughput for the team- Experience in different domain with knowledge across customer lifecycle is must
– Candidate should have excellent communication skills to interact with senior clients
– Candidate should have excellent people management skills and must have team lead experience of 10+ size team for at least 2 years in similar domain
– Candidate should be open to travel to client locations (US) as required for short term visits
Expected education / tool experience –
– Experience using SAS to analyse and solve business problems
– Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and drive results with a high sense of urgency
– Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture
– Experience working in a team of analysts with a common goal and will have a strong understanding of the cards business dynamics that will drive the analyses
