Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for production support and job monitoring
- Analyze and resolve any production job failures
- Responsible for break fixes
- Need to work on incident tickets and service requests to bring them closure within the defined SLAs
- Should be able to handle small enhancement requests
- Need to coordinate with various teams like Application admins, system admins, DBAs if there are any failures to be handled
- Flexible to work in rotational shifts
- Troubleshooting and performance tuning
- Responsible to ensure the fixes are successfully deployed in production
