Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing a module at the clients environment
• Ability to do project effort and schedule estimation, resource planning, daily tracking,

status reporting, risk and issue management.

• Day to day management and tracking of team activities, which includes task planning and allocation.
• Review of code artefacts and technical documents within the project.
• Overall responsibility of resolving technical issues for the assigned project/

module/component.

• Highlight project risks and issues and take necessary steps to resolve them.
• Strongly influence or take technical decision related to design and architecture.
• Timely resolution/escalation of issues to the appropriate authority.
• Additional responsibilities can be assigned based on project/function requirement by the

respective reporting manager.
