Roles and Responsibilities
- Min 1 year experience in Operations MIS
- Should have worked in BPO environment
- Understands operational matrix, SLAs and maintains data
- Prepare Daily, weekly, Monthly and quarterly operations data
- Prepare dashboards which will be reviewed by business heads
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be excellent in Excel, Pivot, Vlook up, Formulas etc
- Should be flexible to work from office and in night shifts
