Job Location: Delhi / NCR
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats.
- Liaise with business stakeholders and technical delivery teams to ensure that requirements are communicated and developed as per the business needs.
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.
- Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during the QA process; Assess business process and system inefficiencies.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- Expert Knowledge of Project management tools like Tools- JIRA, Story writing etc.
- Knowledge of Mock-up and Design tools like MS Visio, Draw.io, Zeplin, Marvel etc.
- Knowledge of diagrams like object like, flow, sequence diagrams etc.
- Expert in creating BRD, FRD and Change Request Documents.
- Experience in mobile applications (Android /IOS) and web applications.
- Knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall, STLC, Test Cases, RTM etc.
- Proficient in office suite (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.) .
- Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Ability to work independently and with others
