We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Develops and manages information to support corporate decision making.
Manages and improves existing reporting systems.
Performs complex analyses.
Provides consulting and analytic services to leadership.
Provides technical support and mentoring and training to less senior analysts.
Develops methodology and processes for prioritization and scheduling of projects.
Analyzes problems and determines root causes.
Works closely with all business units and engineering teams to develop strategy for long term data platform architecture.
Data Analyst Qualifications / Skills:
Analytical knowledge of data
Must Have Good Understanding of Sql & Analytics Function of Sql
Should be comfortable in programming using python , java
Should be comfortable with data viz tools like tableau , data studio etc
Good understand of big data & Exploratory analysis
Developing software and data models
Process oriented with great documentation skills
Education, Experience :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT , BCA , MCA, or related field or equivalent related experience
1 – 2 year of experience, including proficiency with analytical software or equivalent related education
Proficiency in statistics, data analysis, and research methods
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in adaptability, customer service, interpersonal relations, oral communication, problem solving,teamwork, written communication, and results orientation
Demonstrated knowledge of and skill in database and programing
Working Conditions
This is a full-time role
At present, we are offering this position virtually.
The position is flexible for work from home with occasional visits to the Heart It Out quarters.
