Job Summary:
To generate reports, Analyze Data, analyze reports, prepare dashboards, prepare presentations for the management
Essential Responsibilities:
- To generate reports
- Data Analysis
- Report Analysis
- Coordinate different departments and collate data
- Maintaining data and reports in SharePoint
- Generate Reports for Management Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
- Prepare Dashboards
- Presentation preparation for Management
- Identify need for improvement in processes and to participate in various continual improvement initiatives.
- Present outcomes from analysis to the stakeholders for better decision making
Skills Required:
- Expert in Excel, Macros
- Expert in writing VBA scripts
- Experience of doing automations in the outsourcing environment (preferably in the finance function)
- SAP is an added advantage
Education:
Any Graduate
- Shift timings: Must be flexible to work in ANY shift timings (including night shifts)
- Immediate joiners / 30days notice period are preferred
- Work Location Chennai
- Communication must be Excellent
- Must be ready to Work from Office
